Workiy Inc. is a Canadian technology services firm founded in 2008. We design, build and operate AI, data and enterprise application systems for organisations that cannot afford to get them wrong.
Workiy provides digital solutions and staffing services, utilizing our patented delivery model and a unique and flexible, client-centric approach to tackling technology's biggest challenges. We don’t have “clients” we have partners! Our mission is to enable your talented teams and amazing systems to assist your business in optimally achieving its goals. The Workiy team, brings to the table, more than 20+ years of experience in the technology industry across many verticals in both the private and public sector.
Workiy started in 2008 delivering enterprise applications, digital platforms and technology staffing to Canadian organisations, and grew into a firm with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, Chicago, Chennai and Doha. Along the way we implemented PeopleSoft estates for universities, rebuilt public health websites on Drupal, migrated retailers to Shopify Plus, and placed consultants with organisations from Cognizant to municipal government.
That history is why we approach AI the way we do. Having spent years inside the systems where institutional data lives, we know that the model is the easy part. The work is in reaching the data safely, governing what is done with it, integrating with the processes people actually run, and being accountable for the system after it goes live.
Today AI leads our practice. Data engineering, managed services, enterprise applications and talent solutions continue as practices in their own right — and as the foundation that lets our AI work reach production.
