About Tawzef
At Tawzef, we offer a multitude of HR services for businesses in Egypt and the GCC by focusing on quality and time of delivery. We provide companies with human resources management services such as, recruitment, outsourcing, HR consultancy and psychometric assessments.
With over a decade of recruitment expertise in addition to our HR Consultancy Services, Tawzef’s business objectives have grown over the years. Tawzef’s business product portfolio also has grown to encompass HR outsourcing services for payroll, manpower, HR operations, and customer service, as well as Psychometric Assessment options for businesses. As our product portfolio has grown so has our business’ mission. Our mission has evolved from providing businesses with local & overseas recruitment services to providing businesses with 360 HR services to make them more focused on their business growth. While we continue to work on the Egyptian market, we successfully expanded further into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Over the past decade, Tawzef has helped companies in major gulf countries in terms of overseas recruitment. We have also broadened our services to GCC markets by establishing HR operations and supportive functions to our GCC clients remotely from Egypt. Our GCC clients benefit from our rewarding collaboration. They find their tremendous manpower costs reduced, their revenue streams increased thus freeing their resources to their core operations. Tawzef provides Psychometric Assessment solutions to businesses in the region to help these businesses hire more qualified personnel and at the same time save the costs associated with employee turnover.
