Puppy Sphere has hosted over half a million customers at our 12+ studios across North America, has over 300,000 followers across social channels, and has worked with industry giants like Amazon, Google, iHeart Radio, The New York Times, and the NBA.

Puppy Sphere was born from our own experiences with stress, burnout, and mental health challenges.

Years ago, we worked demanding corporate jobs that looked successful from the outside but left us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. During some of our hardest seasons, one thing consistently helped: our dogs.

Spending time with them improved our mood, reduced stress, and brought us back to the present moment. Their companionship offered comfort, connection, and a sense of calm that few other wellness practices could provide.

We realized that not everyone has access to a dog during difficult times.

That's why we created Puppy Sphere: a space that makes the emotional benefits of puppy therapy more accessible.
