Nguvu Collective

Nguvu Collective is a global organisation that facilitates movement-ready collectives of women social change leaders from marginalised communities - but we have six years of programme experience in India building a Collective of women running successful campaigns. We’re a small, growing team of 20 made up of campaigners, organisers, communications specialists, operations stars and impact strategists.

Nguvu is the Swahili word for ‘Power’. We are ecosystem builders and facilitators of social change. Collective Power or Power collective is part of our core belief of a Change Leader’s capacity for driving change; and the collective impact of thousands of these Change Leaders, working collaboratively to drive systematic change.
