Maids.cc - AI & Tech

With over 15,000 employees, Maids․cc is the largest provider of domestic workers, and is listed among the top government-endorsed service companies in the UAE.
At Maids.cc, everything starts with technology. From our earliest days, we set out to reinvent the home care industry, not by tweaking old processes, but by replacing them with intelligent systems and automation built in-house.
We design our own tools, automate our workflows, and deploy AI at scale, whether it’s chatbots supporting thousands of users, predictive models that optimize operations, or large language models (LLMs) that power decision-making.
Founded in Dubai in 2009, Maids.cc is the #1 domestic worker provider in the UAE and the second-largest employer in the country, with 25,000+ employees. But our real growth story is written in code, and we’re just getting started.

What We Build
Every part of our operation is software-driven. We build tools that optimize processes, reduce human error, and enhance customer and employee experiences.
We invest heavily in artificial intelligence, especially large language models (LLMs), to build scalable, intelligent systems that understand context, learn from data, and deliver real-time support.

How We Work
We believe great talent can come from anywhere, and we’ve built our work culture around that.
Our team operates remotely across the globe, giving people the flexibility to work from wherever they thrive. For those based in Lebanon or Dubai, we follow a hybrid model that combines in-person collaboration with the freedom of remote work.
It’s a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where autonomy is respected, ideas move quickly, and the best solutions win. We care less about where you are, and more about what you build.
