Storytelling is the art of using experiences or imagination to portray a specific topic that resonates with others. It can be used as a lesson or to convey values typically including a specific structure(beginning, middle, and end), a plot, characters, and setting. Storytelling evokes emotions and is used to inspire, inform, educate, entertain, or leave a lasting impact on the audience.

4. Clear: They should be able to share  information concisely and clearly.

5. Versatile: They should be able to adjust the storyline to meet different contexts.

With these five aspects mentioned one's storytelling skill will be immaculate.

Storytelling in the workspace can be applied during pitches, allowing your audience to understand more about the topic you're trying to explain with the story you are narrating. It can also be used when advertising a product, trying to get the customer to understand more about the product by associating it with your personal life. For example, when advertising a face cream you can tell your audience about how it helped you and the results, making them more interested in buying that product.

Inspiring team members or motivating employees can also involve storytelling because it allows you to relate more to  your employees and promotes empathy.
