Creative Systems
This process involves the initial business and technology analysis to pick the right financial platforms for the business. We then implement those systems according to the software's capability and the relevance to the operations. Some of the systems that we implement are Xero Accounting, Dear Inventory, Vend POS, Shopify Online Stores, and SimplePay Payroll. We also work with the local distributors of iKentoo POS.

Creative CFO
Once systems are implemented we provide support to run those systems and keep the financial records up to date and accurate. To do this, we assign a qualified Account Manager who handles all communication and routine accounting and tax tasks. Thus we are able to provide a single, high-level point of contact for our clients.

The two services mentioned take care of the day-to-day operations of the business and provide the data necessary for daily management decisions, but the next step is longer-term financial planning and investment.
Creative Invest provides a range of valuation, budgeting, gap analysis, and investment readiness services to assist with raising additional financing in a business. This may be from traditional sources like banks, government-supported entities, or private venture capital. We look to work with those organisations that provide the funding and ensure there is a quality financial representation of the business.
